DMARC and Easy Sender

What is DMARC and how can it help me?

If your company sends and receives emails, DMARC is something that can impact your business. DMARC stands for Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance. It is a technical standard Tsenders and recipients from threats that lead to email databreaches. DMARCprotocols are also tied to email deliverability.

If you send an email and your DMARC is bad, the receiving inbox could see the message as a threat and your message won’t be delivered. Since email deliverability is key to businesssuccess, proper email authentication through DMARC can improve your deliverability rate because the servers you send to are only going to only allow legitimate emails to reach the inbox.

Not only does DMARC improve your reputation as a sender when emailing your clients, we use DMARC to prevent spam, spoof, and phishing emails using your company’s name. These policies help ensure that no one is using your company email addresses to impersonate you and steal sensitive data.

What is Easy Sender?

Easy Sender is a feature of our DMARC tool that we can leverage to minimize your bounce rate and ensure maximum deliver ability for your email campaigns. If you want to lower your bounce rate and maintain a positive sender reputation to maximize the efficiency of your email campaigns, Easy Sender might be a good fit for you.

New Verification Protocol

There is a new way to verify the identity of i2m technicians who work with you and help us make sure that we are speaking with you, not a bad actor who might be impersonating you.

Moving forward, we are using a verication process for tickets involving sensitive and personal information – for example during a password reset.

What does this process look like? Step 1 – Save the number below!Something like: “i2m verification”

If you are working with a technician who is unfamiliar to you, or maybe something just doesn’t feel right – send a text to the number with: verify

You will receive a code via text. The technician you are working with should be able to give you that code and thus verify that they are who they say they are.
