“Robin went above and beyond to assist a customer who needed to utilize our computer to take her real estate licensure test. Even on short notice, Robin was timely and made herself available to troubleshoot setup for the exam. She really prioritized the participant and was kind and helpful throughout. A++++++”

Robin Wilkins, IT Service Technician
Robin joined the i2M team 3 years ago as an IT Service Technician. In this role, she serves as the first point of contact for troubleshooting software, hardware, and network-related issues, in addition to installing and configuring new equipment. Robin holds an associate’s degree in computer science and an ITF certification and she was drawn to the field of Information Technology because of its dynamic nature and the opportunities it offers for continuous learning, professional advancement, and personal development. She also values the intellectual challenge that comes with learning emerging technologies and adapting to an evolving industry.
Before joining i2M, Robin, who holds a master’s degree in social work, served as a Director of Housing for a non-profit organization. In that role she supported youth and young adults by providing stable and safe housing services. Her commitment to service continues outside of work and she regularly finds meaningful ways to support others in her community.
The youngest of eight children, Robin is affectionately known as “Bunny” among family and close friends. The nickname originated in infancy, when her father observed how quickly she maneuvered her walker, particularly in tight spaces. In many ways, the name remains fitting today, as people often remark on how quickly she moves from one task to the next.
Robin has a deep appreciation for gospel and jazz music and has also learned to play the drums. Among her favorite jazz artists are John Coltrane, Miles Davis, and Wynton Marsalis. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, completing home improvement projects, and caring for her yard.
