i2m New User Form
Have a new user coming aboard? Wondering what to do to get them setup? Don’t worry – we have you covered! We have a form that goes through everything to make sure new users can start working as soon as possible.
To make sure your folks are ready to hit the ground running, we need this form at least 2 weeks before their start date. It allows us to do everything on our end to be able to set them up. This includes ordering any equipment they might need, licensing software and setting up correct security access.
It might seem easier to send an email to try and get things moving. However, we developed this form based on what we know about the onboarding process. Each time, we see that having one form is much simpler than a bunch of emails sent back and forth, over and over!
Once the form is submitted and approved, that is our template for anything your new user needs. So, when you fill it out, give as much detail as you can. Changes to the form after approval can cause confusion and delays, and we try our best to avoid that!
