Mark Jordan, i2m Help Desk Manager
Mark joined i2m in 2020 and is coming up on his 5th year! Mark was promoted from a technician to Help Desk manager in January of 2024. In this role, he works with our technicians to balance the Help Desk workload, offer expertise on problem tickets and coaches his team on an individual basis to support their career goals. Each week Mark leads an open forum for technicians to talk about issues and learn from him and each other under his guidance.
Mark is a native Philadelphian and grew up in Northeast Philadelphia. As a kid, he got a Tandy DOS computer to learn typing and do schoolwork – from there he taught himself commands by taking books out of the library. Because he grew to love tinkering with things at home, he made the decision to go to technical school. From there he worked at a small MSP in downtown Philly. He credits his manager there with helping him develop his knowledge in the IT space.
Outside of work, Mark is a musician and has three guitars, a bass, a keyboard and a drum machine. Once upon a time he was even in a punk band that pressed a record in the early 2000’s!
