Workstation Assurance

Most people believe you can only get an extended warranty at the time of purchase — not true! Through our partners, we are able to put an extended warranty on a machine past the manufacturer’s warranty, even if it’s been out of warranty for over a year. Extended warranties even include accidental damage like drops or spills.

The Workstation Assurance program uses an Advanced Exchange model so when there is an issue, old equipment is replaced. This means that purchasing  coverage allows you to extend the life of your workstation inventory. Coverage can be purchased in increments of 1, 2, or 3 years on any machine up to 7 years old.

Workstation Assurance helps our clients maintain their inventory without having to worry about uncovered hardware failure. It gives you more time to budget for intentional hardware upgrades as your assets reach end of life.
