20 years of i2m

In the early 2000s, i2m’s President, Steve Gryzwinski, was serving as the CTO of a large private company that underwent a major restructuring. Over several years, the organization significantly downsized, selling off many of its assets and affiliated businesses. By 2005, with the company now a fraction of its former size, Steve—along with two colleagues—made the bold decision to strike out on their own and founded Include Information Management, or i2m (take a look at the first logo above!).

Fittingly, i2m’s first clients were some of the companies that had been sold off during the restructuring—five of which remain valued clients to this day. Our first office? The former server room of that same company, outfitted with a round table and big ideas.

As we grew, we spent several years in a repurposed brewery called Scheidt Brewing in Norristown, PA, before transitioning to a virtual model with our main office now based in Plymouth Meeting, PA.

Our ownership has evolved over the years, with Steve remaining the only original founder. In 2007, we welcomed our first external hire, Scott Miller. By 2016, following the departure of one of the original partners, Scott became a co-owner and now serves as our CFO. In 2024, Rob Coleman—who joined i2m in 2018—was invited into ownership and now plays a key role as our COO.

Our team has grown from a humble trio to a dynamic group of 22 professionals, proudly serving over 60 clients—all acquired through word-of-mouth referrals. We’re especially proud that we’ve achieved this without a formal sales department and have maintained a 100% client retention rate—a testament to the strength of our partnerships and our unwavering commitment to performance.

One of our most meaningful initiatives began in 2019 through our partnership with JEVS. As part of their Career and Technical Education (CTE) program and in collaboration with Philadelphia Works—who is also a long-standing i2m client—we’ve provided rigorous, structured IT internships. This program has proven to be a win for all involved, with many interns going on to become full-time team members. In fact, several who started with us in Level 1 Help Desk roles are now Engineers, IT Administrators, Managers, and leaders in their own right.

We’re equally proud to consistently achieve industry-leading CSAT scores—maintaining over 98% since we began measuring—reflecting the high standards we set for ourselves and the trust our clients place in us.
