Adriana Edwards, i2m Team Lead
Adriana’s career at i2M began almost four years ago, but her journey into the IT field was not initially planned. It all started when she saw the Job Works table at CareerLink Suburban Station. She reflected on her personality and what she was looking for in a career and decided IT was a good fit. After an internship at i2m and taking a job elsewhere, she was applying to a new job and wanted to use Rob as a reference. When Rob saw her name he called her up and said: “Forget the reference, come work with us and start tomorrow!” And that was that.
Growing up, Adriana bounced between Norristown and Germantown before settling in Philadelphia during high school. Adriana loves everything Philly—from the people to the energy!
Outside of work, Adriana has a passion for art. Whether it’s creating, being around, or immersing herself in the world of art, it brings her immense joy. Reading is another favorite pastime, helping her unwind and sparking new ideas that often carry over into work. Another fun fact – Adriana is in cosmetology school! She says it helps her stay balanced and scratches that creative itch.
Currently Adriana is a Service Technician and Tier 1 Team Lead. Her main role involves driving the success of the PWI team by fostering strong work habits, efficient ticket handling, and top-tier customer service. She also maintains company metrics, streamlines processes, and helps develop the technicians. Training and coaching the team is where she thrives and she is passionate about helping others reach their full potential.
Looking to the future, Adriana aims to keep developing technical skills and certifications to drive i2M’s success. On a personal level, she strives to balance creative and business interests while continually learning and pushing to be the best version of herself.
