As we enter 2026, following a year that marked i2m’s 20th anniversary, I have never been more confident in our people, our processes, and our ability to deliver best-in-class solutions and support. Throughout 2025, i2m continued its steady, intentional growth, expanding our team, investing in training, and providing the tools and environment that empower our staff to be, IMHO, the very best in the industry. Our client satisfaction scores remain exceptional at over 98%, far exceeding the industry average of 70–80%.

When we founded i2m in 2005, I could never have imagined how proud I would be of what it has become today. From the start, our goal was simple: to be different. I wanted to build a company that valued relationships, transparency, and trust above all else, and that’s exactly what “the i2m way” has come to mean.

Over the past 20 years, this approach has earned us nearly 60 active clients, all of whom came to us through referrals and existing relationships. We have no salespeople, no formal marketing, and no gimmicks. The best representation of who we are is simply the quality of the work we do.
